Q:  How much does your consulting service cost?

 

A:  Our fee is performance-based; we work on a contingency basis in which we share in the savings for the term of our partnership.  Simply put – no savings no fee.

 

Q:  How much work is involved for my staff?

 

A:  Green Waste Technology Consulting Services (GWTCS) does the work.  Our business exists to provide you a turnkey solution for managing this area of expense.  We perform the analysis, negotiations, and ongoing management of your environmental services.

 

Q: What if we have contracts in place with our current service providers, are you able to still help us?

 

A:  Yes, the majority of our clients are under contract with their service provider.  GWTCS works with your current vendors within the confines of your contract.  In addition, we use our expertise to improve business position within current and future agreements.

 

Q: What if my business is in a franchise market, can we still benefit from your services?

 

A: Absolutely, even when service rates are non-negotiable due to “franchise agreements” our service analysis and invoice verification can improve internal efficiencies leading to expense reductions.

 

Q: How much money can you save us?

 

A: Savings vary based on many factors such as volume, region, number of locations, and factors unique to each location.  GWTCS’s average savings is over forty (40%).

 

Q: Why do you need to receive our service provider’s invoices each month?

 

A: We Audit your monthly invoices to ensure there are not any overcharges or billing errors and to make sure the maximum efficiencies of our plan are being realized.  When billing errors are discovered we handle them with vendor(s) leaving you and your staff with peace of mind.
