Glenn Overturf
President
President of Green Waste Technology Consulting Services, LLC. Prior to starting GWTCS, I worked in the Waste Industry – starting at the bottom throwing trash and advanced into management. Managed waste hauling companies, landfills, transfer stations and recycling facilities for over 25 years. Stepping aside in 2005 and starting my own local waste consulting service (Red River Waste Consulting Service, LLC) serving the local area. In 2009 expanded into a new joint venture with other partners to start a new waste consulting service called (Green Waste Technology Consulting Service, LLC) and servicing all types of business (small-medium-large) serving all of North America. I am actively involved in my Church – First United Methodist Church of Bossier City and Bossier City Lion’s Club. I enjoy spending time with my wife (Betsy) and many Church friends and Lion’s members. Prior to entering the workforce, I spent some time in the Military (Army) with a tour overseas. Working in the yard is a great stress reliever and I truly enjoy maneuvering the little ball around the golf course. “Waste is an expense with many hidden Fee’s”
Fred Parker
CEO
Frederick Parker started his career in the non-profit sector, working with disadvantage inner-city youths at a local youth shelter. He later became the director of Johnny Gray Jones Youth Shelter where he designed and implemented programs to help teens increase their success through education and discipline. Being in the non-profit, where financial oversight was imperative to continue services, Frederick focused on reducing cost. After spending 13 years in the non-profit sector Frederick continued to focus on cost reduction in the private sector. He has been in the waste consulting and recycling industry for 15 years. Frederick has saved hundreds of thousand of dollars for his clients. He graduated from Wiley College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in organization management.
